This workshop can help improve overall movement in everyday life, flexibility and range of motion, help improve hip and low back pain and strength. It can help with physical effects of jobs that involve a lot of sitting, and jobs that are physically intense. It can help during pregnancy, with labour and delivery, and post recovery (even years later). Beneficial for both men and women!
The Hips and Pelvic Floor class is back! This time we’re going next level and adding in the psoas.
What’s the psoas?!
The psoas are muscles extremely important for spinal stability and efficient movement! Muscles that live deep within the body that attach the spine to the pelvis. The psoas not working correctly can be contributing to hip and back pain/restriction/discomfort. More info to come!
I wanted to add the psoas in to the workshop as I feel this is another key area to address in conjunction with the hips and pelvic floor. A power trio where we can experience incredible results within the body!
You will learn some very valuable information and insight about the hips, pelvic floor, and psoas. You will be presented with some easy to understand information on how these areas move. You will experience that movement. You will learn tips on how to work with all of that to retrain the body. You will also learn some easy to apply exercises to help you stretch and strengthen the areas. All of this helps give us tools to use at any moment to help correct an imbalance happening while we’re moving through our day. Which helps us to correct an imbalance we may be experiencing all the time!
